Hey everybody. As you may know, I love to get suggestions on what to teach in my yoga video blog. Several people asked for core work. Today, as I was planning my video, I realized that I have a TON of things to share about Yoga for Working Your Core. I decided to do two videos. Today’s video is for beginners or people who may have more physical challenges. Tomorrow I’ll release “Intermediate Yoga for the Core” for those of you who are more advanced.
For some of you, it will be good to use today’s video as a warm-up and then do tomorrow’s. Then you have twice the practice. Make sense?
