Here’s my breakfast this morning:
- Super-hero greens: broccoli rabe and dandelion greens,
- Perfectly cooked soft boiled egg (for perfection boil for exactly 7 minutes!)
- Salsa verde – homemade, well of course! Here’s an easy recipe from Skinny Taste.
- And roasted apple = total yum!
Want to be full of energy? Try to get some super-hero greens into each meal of the day. Your cravings for bad food will disappear and you’ll feel like a million bucks. 🙂
