Suzanne's Green Smoothie * 2-4 organic strawberries (keep the little leaves on the top on) * 1/2 palm full of organic blueberries * 1/2 avocado * 1/2 palm full of sprouts * 1/2 banana * 3 large kale leaves * some chia seeds * some flax seeds * scoop of protein mix Blend and enjoy!
