Bored with Breakfast? Try This Green Smoothie

Here’s my latest breakfast inspiration, a versatile green smoothie. One of the keys with making your smoothie satisfying is to add healthy fat. Healthy fats are an important part of a nutritious diet and help our bodies assimilate other nutrients.

Suzanne's Green Smoothie 

* 2-4 organic strawberries (keep the little leaves on the top on)
* 1/2 palm full of organic blueberries 
* 1/2 avocado 
* 1/2 palm full of sprouts 
* 1/2 banana 
* 3 large kale leaves 
* some chia seeds
* some flax seeds 
* scoop of protein mix 

Blend and enjoy!
