Here is a great eight minute yoga video that eases any digestive issues. Even if you don’t have digestive problems, this sequence will bring you greater health. In Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, good digestion is considered the cornerstone of good health. In fact, it’s believed that poor digestion causes most disease.
