breath as a colored light meditation

This is one of my favorite meditations/visualizations. It features selecting a color. Any color is the right color. Usually the color will pick you! This visualization helps increase the  prana (life force) in the body. In particular, it balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain encouraging a sense of calm and peace.

Take five minutes during your day to try this. I think you’ll love it!
