Welcome to Day 16 of our 21 Day Yoga Challenge. If you haven’t practiced already today, stop now and take at least five minutes to practice yoga and five minutes to meditate.
We set the best of intentions. We plan to do better and incorporate more healthy choices into our life. Why is it so easy to slip back into our regular unhealthy habits?
Making positive change in our life doesn’t always feel right immediately. The moment you make a different choice, it feels unfamiliar – perhaps uncomfortable. Whereas making the same choice that you always made will make you feel more like you. All important change is the process of becoming not me. Allow yourself to stay in the discomfort until your mind and body can relate to the “new you”.
