I recorded this audio meditation based on the very traditional so hum meditation. This is a simple but very effective tool. By focusing and coordinating the breath and a simple mantra, the mind and body relax. My audio is about 12 minutes long. Once you’ve listened to the audio meditation and have the concept, you can use the so hum technique on your own if it speaks to you.
