Day 2 – Lolasana Challenge Pose

It’s Day 2 of our 21 Day Yoga Challenge. I feel great. I hope you do too! Don’t forget to carve out at least five minutes today each for yoga and meditation. For ideas, go to my home page and scroll thru the blog for yoga videos and audio meditations.

In this blog, I try to address different skill levels. Today I offer a challenge pose which works the core and requires concentration. Be sure to warm up first. And don’t worry if you don’t get it the first time. Just enjoy the practice. Really.
