Today starts our new 21 Day Yoga Challenge. Woo-hoo! I’m ready! I did my meditation and yoga today, did you?
If you are just learning about our challenge, all it is is setting the intention to practice at least 5 minutes of yoga and at least 5 minutes of meditation a day. You can do that right? We all trip up now and again, so no negative talk. If you only do one day more of the 21 Day Yoga Challenge than what you would normally do, then in my mind that’s a success. 🙂

I love your screened in porch! And the idea of being able to sleep out in it because it’s so warm…it is *still* about 6 degrees Celsius here – so cold even for Scotland at this time of year.
I also love your attitude of setting the intention but not being harsh with your self if it doesn’t work out today 🙂
Hi! I LOVE my screened in porch. If and when I ever move, it will be like leaving the greatest group of friends that all completely understood and supported me. No exaggeration. 🙂 I always wondered what it was like having a whippet, er greyhound in a place that’s mostly cold. Are they more affectionate?
Since it’s so cold in Scotland, consider bringing your drhusband with you to Mexico to my fabulous yoga retreat next March. I think we’d really hit it off. 🙂
