Happy Friday friends!
Here is a reminder that our 21 Day Yoga Challenge starts tomorrow June 1. What do you need to do to get ready? Simply make space in your schedule tomorrow to practice at least 5 minutes of yoga and 5 minutes of meditation. Plan ahead now and consider how to make this a part of your day.
If you miss tomorrow, then start the next day or the next day or the next day. Get it? We are not seeking perfection, just practicing developing healthier habits.
