Day 9: yoga pose to soothe and refresh – 28 Day Yoga Challenge

This video demonstrates one of my favorite yoga poses. It’s a salve for stress and an ultra-busy lifestyle. It’s a cure for jet lag, feeds the brain and hormonal system. Accessible to just about everyone, I’d call it a wonder pose. Take some time this week to relax into modified shoulder stand.
