Hey, everybody!
Welcome to our second 28 Day Yoga Challenge! Join me in setting the intention to do at least 5 minutes of yoga a day and at least 5 minutes of meditation. You’ll practice on your own at any time that is convenient for you. Each day I’ll post videos with sample yoga sequences, healthy recipes, tools for healing the body and tips for healthy living to help you become more peaceful, happy and healthy.
We start on Monday, April 1. This is a free service, so please feel free to share this with your friends and family.
I’m posting Day 1: Detox on Saturday, March 30th in case you need some time to prepare. I’ll repost on Monday and then have a new post for you every day until April 28th.
