Yoga Detox and Weight Loss Tip

Welcome to Day 1 of our 28 Day Yoga Challenge! Here’s a great tip for quickly and gently detoxing the digestive system. I do this everyday. It tastes great and it’s super healthy. If you feel inspired, do this every day of the challenge. Then notice how you feel at the end of the month.
